Oh, how I loved watching the staff fill the pool all night! Sadly, I had to leave the next day without taking a dip.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Winpalace. Our purpose was to relax and enjoy a family vacation, and we were not disappointed. The hotel's architecture and stunning views created a truly idyllic setting. The well-maintained garden added to the peaceful atmosphere. We loved the indoor and outdoor pools with hot water, as well as the playground for the kids. The friendly staff, who knew some English, made our experience even more enjoyable. The spacious room with a comfortable bed and the provided baby cot for our child were thoughtful touches. The delicious food at the restaurant was a delight. We will definitely be returning in the future, hoping for better weather.

The location was peaceful, at the back of Arbanasi, with lovely gardens. The pool was a good size with plenty of sunbeds.

The room at Hotel Winpalace was amazing! It had a large window that overlooked the beautiful views of Arbanasi and Veliko Tarnovo. I loved waking up to such a breathtaking sight. The bathroom was also great, with a bathtub for some relaxing soak time. As a budget traveler, this room exceeded my expectations!

Personally, I would have preferred a room with a shower instead of a bathtub. But hey, that's just me.
